Squeeze is building a category-defining consumer brand, and we are looking for an energetic and highly execution-oriented intern who wants to help us bring the Squeeze brand to life outside our locations.

This is a hands-on role. You will work on real events, partnerships and activations, and you will be involved from the initial idea all the way through planning, execution and follow-up.

We are currently seeking an Events & Brand Activation Intern to join our team in Oslo for fall 2026.

As an Events & Brand Activation Intern, you will help create memorable brand experiences that introduce new customers to Squeeze and strengthen our relationship with existing ones.

You will work closely with marketing, growth, and operation teams to identify relevant events, partnerships and activation opportunities, while also taking responsibility for making sure everything runs smoothly on the ground.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys working with people, likes making things happen and is comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving environment.

Key responsibilities

Plan and execute Squeeze events, pop-ups, partnerships and on-site brand activations from concept to completion
Take ownership of the practical execution of activations, including logistics, equipment, materials, staffing and coordination
Represent Squeeze on-site and engage directly with customers and potential customers
Help turn events and activations into measurable customer acquisition and sales opportunities
Identify relevant events, communities, companies and partners where Squeeze should be present
Reach out to potential partners and help develop collaborations and activation opportunities
Coordinate with external venues, suppliers, partners and other stakeholders
Track performance and help evaluate which events and activations generate the strongest results
Support the marketing and growth teams with other hands-on commercial initiatives when needed

What we are looking for

Is outgoing, confident and comfortable talking to new people
Has high energy and enjoys being where things are happening
Takes initiative and naturally takes ownership
Is highly organized and good at keeping track of many moving pieces
Is practical and solution-oriented when things do not go exactly according to plan
Enjoys both planning behind the scenes and being hands-on during execution
Has a commercial mindset and understands that activations should ultimately drive awareness, customers and sales
Communicates clearly and works well with different types of people
Is reliable and comfortable taking responsibility
Wants a steep learning curve and meaningful responsibility from day one

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, communication or another relevant field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional proficiency in Norwegian
Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Excel or Google Sheets

Previous experience from events, hospitality, sales, retail, student organizations, brand activations or similar environments is a plus.

What matters most is that you are proactive, dependable and excited to make things happen.
