Responsibilities

Manage daily administrative tasks to support the therapy team
Schedule client appointments and maintain calendars for therapists
Assist with maintaining client records and documentation
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and staff regarding appointments and services
Handle billing and insurance claims processing
Coordinate supplies and equipment needs for therapy sessions
Assist in the development of marketing materials and outreach programs

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA regulations
A compassionate attitude and a desire to support individuals with speech and language challenges
