SPANG Career Collective, a recruiting agency, is working on behalf of our client, a rapidly growing technology company in the government contracting space, to find anAccount Executive to join their team.

About the Role

As anAccount Executive, you will play a key role in helping government contractors leverage our client's platform for efficient contract management, proposal development, and capture processes. You will become a product expert, guiding customers from discovery calls to onboarding, and ensuring their successful integration into the platform.

In this role, you will:

Run discovery calls and demo the platform to potential clients.
Onboard new customers and support them throughout their journey with the platform.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams by sharing customer feedback.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and contribute to the growth of the company’s presence in the D.C. office.

We’re looking for someone with:

Software sales experience, including software demos and working closely with clients, preferably in early-stage startups.
Understanding of government contracting, AI, and how technology can address challenges in this sector.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to break down complex concepts.
Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Commitment to working autonomously with strong prioritization abilities.

Additional Job Details

Location: This is a remote role to start but will transition to a hybrid model, requiring occasional presence in Washington, D.C. Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to the D.C. area.
Compensation: Base salary of $100,000 with an on-target earnings (OTE) of $200,000, plus equity options (0.1-0.5%).
