Responsibilities

Develop and oversee creative strategies and concepts that align with South Side Baptist Church's brand image and objectives
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing campaigns, including social media content, website design, and print materials
Lead and manage a team of designers, videographers, and copywriters to ensure the delivery of high-quality creative projects on time and within budget
Provide artistic direction and guidance to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual style
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously innovate and improve our creative output
Oversee the production of multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and photography, ensuring it aligns with our brand standards and resonates with our target audience
Manage the creative budget, allocating resources effectively and optimizing costs where possible

Bachelor's degree in design, fine arts, or a related field
Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar role
Proficient in industry-standard design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Strong understanding of marketing and branding principles and ability to apply them creatively
Exceptional creativity and an eye for detail, with a track record of delivering visually impactful projects
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
