Overview:
We are seeking aMicrosoft Technologies Specialist with expertise in analytics, workflow automation, document management, and collaboration & communication tools. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise solutions using both modern and legacy Microsoft technologies.

Strategize:Analyze and document customer needs and internal project requirements, translating them into robust technical designs.
Collaborate:Partner with skilled engineers to develop creative solutions to complex challenges, support customer onboarding, and explore new business opportunities.
Create:Leverage technical expertise to implement new features and optimize existing solutions.
Exemplify:Maintain and exceed quality and performance standards, delivering production-ready solutions.
Deliver:Oversee the entire development lifecycle, including implementation, testing, and deployment.
Lead:Drive positive change by refining processes through Agile methodologies as part of a self-directed team.

Proven Expertise: Experience in BI and reporting implementations, enterprise workflow and collaboration projects, and email system migrations/maintenance.
Analytical Strength: Proficiency in analyzing and visualizing complex datasets.
Strong Communication: Excellent skills in documentation, communication, and presentations.

Technical Proficiency:

Reporting & Analytics: Microsoft Power BI, SSRS, Excel Power Query, and Power Pivot
Workflow Automation: Microsoft Power Automate, SharePoint Designer Workflows
Document Management: Microsoft SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
Collaboration & Communication: Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and Outlook
Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications (Power BI, Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange) are a plus.
