Snbla is looking for a talentedBilingual Content Designer to join our team on acontract basis. In this role, you will craft user-focused content for web and mobile platforms, ensuring it resonates with both Arabic and English-speaking audiences. Your work will play a crucial role in shaping seamless user journeys and enhancing the overall digital experience for our customers.

As a Content Designer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create impactful microcopy, optimize user flows, and ensure all content aligns with our brand voice. This is aremote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere.

What You’ll Do:

Collaborate with our product, design, and marketing teams to createuser-centered content for our web and mobile platforms.
Develop and optimize microcopy (tooltips, buttons, error messages, forms, etc.) for seamless user journeys.
Write engaging and culturally relevant content that appeals toArabic and English-speaking audiences.
Conduct research and apply data insights to refine content for clarity, accessibility, and usability.
Ensure content aligns withSnbla’s goals, including promoting savings and loyalty features.
Help maintain consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all user-facing touchpoints.
Participate in iterative content testing to ensure top-notch performance.

Fluency in Arabic and English, with exceptional writing and editing skills in both languages.
Previous experience designing content fordigital platforms or startups.
Strong understanding ofuser experience (UX) principles.
A portfolio showcasing content design work, including user interface (UI) microcopy and user flows.
Familiarity with tools likeFigma,Sketch, or similar collaboration platforms.
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
Attention to detail and a passion for creating user-centric content.
