The Role

End-to-end channel ownership including strategy, tracking/measurement, reporting, and optimization.
Analyze data to make recommendations to improve existing campaigns, forecast, and develop new strategies that will inform future business decisions.
Design and execute an always-on testing process that establishes a test roadmap, hypotheses, and actionable insights that lead to campaign optimization and iteration
Collaborate with channel leads and cross-functional teams to accelerate overall business growth.

Who are you?

3 + years of experience building, executing, and scaling paid social campaigns across Facebook, Snapchat, and Google, either in-house or agency
Strong ability to analyze and interpret data to inform actionable insights
Excellent quantitative and data analysis skills
Experience with 1st party and 3rd party audience strategy
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
