Position Overview:

As a Lead Snap Ops, you will play a crucial role in managing the Snapper side of the Snap 'N Ads platform. You will work closely with third party individuals to fulfill ad verification requests from our clients in both Spanish and English speaking markets. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the accurate ad timely validation of DOOH/OOH ads, contributing to the success of the Snap 'N Ads Platform.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of Snapper campaigns, ensuring timely execution and delivery of ad verification requests

- Communicate effectively with photographers and third-party individuals to facilitate the verification of DOOH/OOH ads for clients in both Spanish and English-speaking markets.

- Contribute innovative ideas and insights to enhance the functionality and features of our ad verification product.

- Take a proactive role in onboarding users to the Snap 'N Ads app, guiding them through the process and ensuring a smooth user experience

- Monitor and analyze user feedback, incorporating valuable insights into the continuous improvement of the app's usability and functionality

- Work closely with the Snapper Operations team to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency

- Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that might arise during the ad verification process

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to contribute to the continuous improvement of Snapper operations.

Job Types: Full-time Remote

Pay: $75 - $150 PLN Per Hour Depending on Experience

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

Qualifications

- Previous experience in advertising operations, campaign management, or a related field is preferred but not required

- Strong analytic and problem solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Familiarity with programmatic DSP's, SSP's, Agencies and Publisher structures is preferred but not required.

- Ad Tech & Startup Experience

-Tech Savvy Individual, eager to learn the platform and demonstrate the ins and outs to potential users.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
