SMICKEES LLC, a fast-paced, innovative e-commerce company, is looking for a talented and experienced Associate Influencer & Affiliate Community Manager with a strong emphasis on community management, creator outreach and relationship management. This is an associate level position that will be crucial in building our community and maintaining relationships with our content creators, ensuring they produce high-quality, effective content for our social commerce strategy.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience (at least 2-3 years) in community management, influencer marketing, or a related field, preferably in an online context.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse groups of individuals.
A keen understanding of social media trends and content creation, particularly on social commerce platforms.
Ability to analyze content performance and translate insights into actionable strategies for creators.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple relationships and projects simultaneously.
Strong instructional and educational abilities; comfortable teaching and guiding others.
Fluency in English is essential, as most creators will be American.
Experience working with creators in the US market.

Familiarity with e-commerce dynamics.

Responsibilities:

Creator Relationship Management:

Initial outreach and onboarding of new content creators into our brand ecosystem.
Manage communication and relationships with a large base of content creators who receive product samples and create contents for our brands.
Track and push for timely video creation and content delivery.
Identify and graduate top-performing creators ("super creators") into a higher-tier ambassador program, providing dedicated support and resources.
Communicate regularly with creators via email newsletters, text messages, and shared platforms to keep them informed and engaged.

Creator Content Education and Strategy:

Develop and deliver clear, actionable instructions and guidelines to creators on how to produce effective and viral content.
Analyze successful videos (both ours and others) to break down their elements and teach creators how to replicate winning strategies.
Build a resource hub of instructional materials to empower creators to continuously improve their content.
Provide feedback and coaching to creators to enhance their video performance and alignment with brand goals.
