This role is highly strategic as it oversees the Value Intelligence Platform current and future developments.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Owner to join our dynamic team at SmarterChains . The Product Owner will play a crucial role in driving the development and success of our product offerings, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our manufacturing clients. This role requires a deep understanding of both software development and manufacturing processes, as well as a passion for delivering high-quality solutions that enhance operational efficiency and productivity. SmarterChains Value Intelligence Platform is a pioneering platform enabling clients to understand the value in the journey forward investing in any new manufacturing capability.

Key Responsibilities

· Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with the company’s overall goals and objectives.

· Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

· Organizational Building: Assist in building and scaling the product management organization, including hiring, mentoring, and developing team members.

· Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering teams, to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.

· Strategic Insights & Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and enhance service offerings.

· Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap that outlines the delivery timeline and key milestones.

· Sprint Planning: Lead sprint planning sessions and ensure that the development team has a clear understanding of the user stories and acceptance criteria.

· Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure that the final product meets the highest quality standards and delivers an exceptional user experience.

· Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.

· Customer Onboarding: Initial Support to the onboarding process, ensuring customers are effectively introduced to Smarterchains' suite of products and services

· Customer Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations and acquire learnings and intelligence for new products & services

· Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation to support internal teams and customers.

· Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that development teams are working on the most valuable features.

· Deep understanding of manufacturing problems and the ability to empathize with clients' ways of thinking.

· Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

· Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
