We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented UK Content Production Manager to join our team.

As the UK Content Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation and production of high-quality study materials for GCSEs and A-Levels. Working closely with our content development team, you will be responsible for managing the content production process, ensuring that all materials adhere to our quality standards and are delivered on schedule.

Responsibilities

Lead the content production team in the creation of study materials for GCSEs and A-Levels.
Develop and implement content production plans, including content sourcing, allocation and tracking
Manage a team of content creators and editors, providing guidance and support throughout the production process.
Track and monitor project progress, ensuring that milestones and deadlines are met.
Conduct quality assurance checks on all study materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with educational standards.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity in content production.
Collaborate with subject-matter experts and educators to ensure accurate and up-to-date content.

In-depth knowledge of the UK educational system, specifically GCSEs and A-Levels.(You were a nerd)

Familiarity with google sheets, excel, chatgpt and automation platforms.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Experience managing remote freelancers is a plus.
Familiarity with google sheets, excel, Chat-gpt and automation platforms.
Bonus if you have experience in content production, within the education or computer software industry.
