We have an exciting opportunity for aField Service Foreman to be based in ourDarwin business centre. Reporting to the Service Manager, thispermanentposition will share an attractive8 on 6 off roster.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead an established team, providing logistical support to the field service tradespeople and field service administration staff in the areas of safety, productivity, and quality.

As aField Service Foreman, you will:

Manage customer engagement and meeting expectations to deliver high level, timely and cost-effective customer service
Lead and manage a remote team of qualified and experience Field Service Fitters
Coordinate, plan and schedule the service and repair of the full range of CAT equipment
Provide diagnostic and technical support and trouble shoot solutions
Uphold Company policies and procedures, providing leadership to employees to improve performance through coaching and mentoring, conducting performance reviews and ensuring the team obtain all relevant licenses and tickets

About You

A successful teammate will have the following:

Trade qualified with significant post trade experience with CAT or heavy machinery and equipment
Proven and demonstrated experience in Field Services and mechanical diagnostic skills
Leadership and Supervisory experience with a proven ability to maximise productivity
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal
Well-developed planning, time management and scheduling skills and a strong attention to detail
Proven computer skills with experience in AX highly regarded
