We are seeking a motivated Finance and Accounting Specialist to join our dynamic team in a remote environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with finance and accounting platforms such as Holded, QuickBooks, Xero, or similar tools. This role requires a self-starter who is comfortable managing a variety of financial tasks, maintaining strong relationships with banks, and working closely with cross-functional teams in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage financial transactions using platforms like Holded, QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting systems.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with banks (more than just building them).
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, with SaaS metrics experience being a plus.
Utilize Google Sheets for data analysis and financial reporting.
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, payments, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Collaborate in a remote environment and contribute to financial strategy in a fast-paced startup.
Provide insights for financial decision-making and optimize financial operations.
Stay motivated by stock options and reward-based incentives.

Experience working with finance and accounting platforms like Holded, QuickBooks, or Xero.
Strong proficiency in Google Sheets is a must.
Proven experience in maintaining banking relationships.
Ability to handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Comfortable working in a startup environment and willing to handle a wide range of tasks, from high-level financial strategy to administrative duties.
A self-starter who is motivated by stock options and flexible incentives.
SaaS metrics experience is a plus.
Fluency in Spanish & English is a must
