Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
Utilize various recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to attract talent.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit.
Create and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote Sharkscode in the job market.
Analyze recruitment metrics to improve sourcing strategies and increase hiring efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Ability to assess candidates' qualifications through interviews and assessments.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
