Responsibilities

Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery according to company standards.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults to implement effective solutions promptly.
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.
Provide technical support and training to clients regarding machinery operation and maintenance.
Maintain accurate service reports, documentation, and inventory records for parts used.
Collaborate with engineering and support teams to improve service processes and machinery performance.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service activities.

Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role within the machinery industry.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills with the ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in field environments.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently to client sites.
Proficiency with diagnostic tools, hand and power tools, and safety equipment.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or vocational training in machinery or mechanical engineering preferred.
