Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify potential investment opportunities.
Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda and financial models.
Perform detailed financial analysis, including valuation and forecasting.
Support due diligence efforts by analyzing financial statements and operational metrics.
Collaborate with team members to develop investment theses and strategies.
Participate in meetings with portfolio companies and prospective investments.
Present findings and recommendations to the investment team and stakeholders.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, comfortable in Excel and financial modeling.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Curiosity and a strong desire to learn about private equity and investment strategies.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

Search Fund Fellows is an unpaid fellowship program designed to provide students with real-world buy-side experience in private equity. There is no cost for students who are accepted into the program.
