Supply Chain Resources Group (Thailand) Company Limited is looking for a highly motivated individual to fill the position of SCRG HR001. As a leading provider of supply chain consulting services, we strive to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients' supply chain operations. In this role, you will play a key role in assisting with various human resources activities to support the company's growth and success.

Responsibilities

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
Administer the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and conducting orientation sessions.
Manage employee data and maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the HR system.
Assist with payroll administration, including managing employee time and attendance records, tracking leave entitlements, and processing salary payments.
Support the performance management process, including coordinating performance appraisals and assisting with the development of performance improvement plans.
Assist with employee relations matters, including responding to employee queries and concerns, conducting investigations, and recommending appropriate actions.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies and procedures.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
At least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational organization.
Solid understanding of local labor laws and employment practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
