Responsibilities

Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and researchers.
Identify and prioritize AI use cases that can create value for the organization and its customers.
Oversee the design and deployment of AI models, ensuring their scalability, accuracy, and ethical considerations.
Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing and new products.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technologies and ensure the team is equipped with knowledge and tools.
Represent Scoutr in industry conferences, forums, and collaborations to promote our AI vision and initiatives.

Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in AI and machine learning roles, with a proven track record of leading teams.
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and natural language processing.
Experience in deploying AI solutions in production environments and scaling them effectively.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
