Job Title: Accounts Payable Associate (Part-Time)

Location: Remote

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Accounts Payable Associate to join our Finance team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for focused, high-energy individuals who thrive within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and review vendor invoices for accuracy and proper authorization
Assist in vendor management including accurate and up-to-date tax and payment information
Responsible for accurate and organized invoice records
Assist in the reconciliation of accounts and resolving any discrepancies
Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues
Support month-end closing activities and assist with financial reporting
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by the finance team

Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
Solid understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to think and work proactively while maintaining high-volume tasks
High level of autonomy and communication skills for working remotely, needs to work collaboratively across functions and as part of a team
Prior experience with NetSuite and/or Coupa is a plus

Working Hours: This is a part-time, remote position, requiring 20-30 hours per week. Flexible scheduling is available to accommodate academic commitments or other responsibilities.
