We are looking for a **Founding GTM & BizOps** hire to build and run the growth + operations backbone of Saphira. You’ll own lead generation, outbound campaigns, and content while also managing the systems and workflows that keep the company scaling smoothly. This role combines growth execution with operational glue across sales, product, and marketing. ### **Responsibilities** * **Lead Generation & Outbound** * Own prospecting engine and outbound campaigns to ensure continued engagement and pipeline * Run outbound and event-driven campaigns, measure results, and iterate. * **Content & Brand** * Manage blog + social cadence with automations and content. * Create differentiated posts tied to events and conferences. * Build case studies, collateral, and GTM playbooks. * **Event Marketing & Ops** * Coordinate outreach, campaigns, and follow-ups for conferences and forums. * Handle logistics and ensure event GTM efforts connect to the pipeline. * **Systems & Operations** * Own ops systems: CRM, dashboards, reporting, automation workflows. * Ensure clean data hygiene, reporting accuracy, and campaign execution. * Translate customer + event feedback into roadmap impact. * **Special Projects** * Tackle high-priority cross-functional projects, from partnerships to workflow optimization. ### **Who You Are** * 1–4 years in startups, growth, ops, or consulting. * Proven track record in lead gen, campaigns, and operational execution. * Comfortable running outbound sequences, writing copy, and managing CRM tools. * Highly organized, fast learner, and excited to wear multiple hats. * Scrappy with tooling: able to trial/stand up automation quickly. * Motivated by building the GTM + operational backbone of an early-stage company. **About the Interview** * **Fit / Behavioral (30 min):** Assess motivation, scrappiness, and culture fit — e.g., building from scratch, balancing growth + ops, creative hacks, and interest in compliance/robotics. * **Functional Deep Dive (45–60 min):** Hands-on exercises in outbound (prospecting, cold outreach), content (blog/event positioning), and systems/ops (CRM hygiene, dashboards). * **Paid Work Trial:** Real-world execution across lead gen, a mini-campaign, content draft, and/or ops workflow setup — showing ability to juggle growth + ops + content.
