Position: Tele Marketing Agent (work from home)(Rs. 10000 to 15000/month)

Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra.

Shift: Night shift (7:30 pm to 4:30 am, Monday to Saturday) IST

Break: 1 hour

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Bonus: $4 per client after achieving a target of 50 clients per month

About Us:

We are a Mental Health Counseling Organization based in Nagpur, Maharashtra. Our clients are primarily located in the USA. We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team in a work-from-home capacity.

On probation period of 2 months the executive must complete at least 30 Targets for which the salary will be Rs. 10000. After completion of probation 50 Targets will be given and the salary will be rs. 15000.

We can make the probation to 1 month if the executive performs well.

Key Responsibilities:

Convert a minimum of 50 leads to successful payments and counseling sessions per month.

Exceeding the monthly target will result in additional bonuses ($4 for every client after 50).

Communicate effectively with clients in English.

Utilize Gmeet, MS Office, Spreadsheets, and Email for daily tasks.

Eligibility Criteria:

Fluency in English: Must be able to communicate effectively.

US Accent: Preferred but not mandatory.

Technical Requirements:

Must have a laptop.

Stable internet connection (minimum 30 Mbps; no internet allowance provided).

Personal Traits:

Prompt and honest.

Patience in dealing with clients.

Commitment to stay with the organization for at least 2 years.

Skills:

Ability to achieve and exceed targets.

Proficiency in using Gmeet, MS Office, Spreadsheets, and Email.

Additional Information:

This position is entirely home-based except for the weekly office visits.

The role is target-driven and requires consistent performance to meet and exceed the monthly goals.
