We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated ISO 27001 & ISO 22301 - Information Security & Business Continuity Officer to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and continuously improving the information security management system (ISMS) and business continuity management system (BCMS) across the organization. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our security policies and practices align with ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 standards while effectively safeguarding our sensitive information and maintaining operational resilience. Your expertise will be essential in identifying potential risks and vulnerabilities, developing strategies to mitigate them, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key as you work to foster a culture of security and resilience throughout the organization. Additionally, you will lead training sessions and awareness programs to educate staff on best practices in information security and business continuity. Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with ISO 27001 standards.
Establish and maintain the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) in line with ISO 22301 guidelines.
Conduct risk assessments, business impact analyses, and vulnerability assessments to identify and address security gaps.
Create, review, and update security policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
Conduct security awareness training and workshops for employees to promote a culture of security and preparedness within the organization.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the ISMS and BCMS, including conducting regular audits and reviews.
Assist in incident response planning, management, and recovery processes to ensure timely resolution of security incidents and business disruption.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in information security and business continuity management roles, preferably with ISO 27001 and ISO 22301.
In-depth knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and frameworks.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to information security and privacy.
Certification in ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or Lead Implementer is preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different teams and levels of the organization.
