Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via virtual chat and provide effective solutions.
Assist customers with product information, service inquiries, and troubleshooting queries.
Maintain a high level of knowledge about our services, products, and policies to better assist customers.
Document all interactions and keep detailed records of customer inquiries and issues using our CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to escalate issues when necessary and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor and follow up on open inquiries to ensure timely resolution and closure.
Provide feedback on common customer issues to assist in improving our service and support processes.

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or customer service is a plus.
Proven experience in customer support or similar role, preferably in a mechanical or industrial engineering setting.
Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and engaging tone.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset to address customer needs.
Familiarity with CRM systems and chat support software is preferred.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
