Role Description

The Property Management Analyst is responsible for overseeing property assets, ensuring smooth operations, accurate financial tracking, and comprehensive reporting. This role involves effective communication with the internal and external client to optimize property performance. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and possess strong organizational skills to generate accurate reports and analyses.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive monitoring and management of the organization's asset portfolio.
Develop, analyze, and present detailed reports on asset performance, trends, and optimization opportunities.
Collaborate across departments to ensure the efficient utilization of assets and provide recommendations for improvements.
Perform data-driven analysis to support asset acquisition, disposal, and lifecycle management strategies.
Contribute to financial planning and budgeting related to asset management.
Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks associated with asset management.
Ensure adherence to asset management policies and compliance with relevant regulations.
