Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and organizedProject Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and leading projects from ideation through to completion. This role requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, providing direction and support. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
Budget & Resource Management: Develop and manage the project budget. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
Timeline & Tracking: Create and manage project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Track project deliverables and report on progress, problems, and solutions.
Risk Management: Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. Effectively communicate project expectations and progress to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget, meeting high-quality standards.

Qualifications

Experience: 3-5+ years of direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, computer science, or engineering.
Skills:

Strong familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven leadership and team management abilities.
Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Certifications (Preferred): Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification is a plus.
