Key Responsibilities

Underwrite and manage new business and renewal accounts
Analyze commercial risks and determine pricing, terms, and conditions
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers
Support business development and portfolio growth
Collaborate with colleagues on complex accounts and underwriting referrals
Represent Revau at broker meetings and industry events
Stay current on market trends and underwriting best practices

Qualifications

5+ years of Commercial P&C underwriting experience
Experience underwriting complex commercial risks
MGA experience and Guidewire knowledge are assets
Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills
Proven ability to build broker relationships
Self-motivated, customer-focused, and solution-oriented
