**$60K – $100K OTE** * Meaningful performance-based upside * Full-time role, PST–EST time zones mandatory. You will join as a **BDR focused on generating high-quality pipeline** by booking qualified meetings with ICP founders and executives. Over time, top performers can grow into **owning larger parts of the revenue motion**, including deeper discovery, deal support, and eventually running full cycles. You will work directly with the founder, help shape outbound strategy, and help build a repeatable pipeline engine from the ground up. ## **What You Will Do** * Build and help scale the outbound motion * Create targeted account lists aligned to ICP across SaaS, fintech, and AI * Craft messaging, outreach sequences, and talk tracks for multi-channel outbound * Run outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other channels * Book qualified meetings with founders and executives * Partner with the founder to convert content demand into pipeline * Track activity, pipeline, and performance metrics in CRM * Help improve messaging, positioning, and targeting based on market feedback ## **What Great Looks Like** * AI-native - skilled in using AI tools and workflows * Consistent qualified pipeline generated every month * 3x to 5x qualified pipeline coverage created through outbound * 20 to 30 qualified meetings booked per month (quality over volume) * Strong meeting-to-opportunity conversion * Clean CRM hygiene and reliable activity reporting * Fast ramp time and strong ownership of outbound metrics * Consistently brings new ideas for pipeline generation and takes ownership of testing and executing them end to end ## **Ideal Experience** * 1 to 3 years in BDR, SDR, or outbound-focused sales role * Experience selling B2B SaaS or services to US-based companies * Strong outbound experience without relying on inbound pipeline * Proven ability to build pipeline from scratch * Comfortable with CRM tools, sequencing tools, and spreadsheets * Native or near-native English communication and writing skills * High urgency and strong execution discipline ## **Traits We Value** * Direct communicator * Builder mindset * Comfortable operating with autonomy * Thrives in fast-moving environments * Highly coachable and collaborative * Strong ownership mentality ## **Compensation** * Base salary + variable OTE ($60K – $100K total) * Uncapped commission * Clear performance accelerators * Bonus potential tied to team or revenue milestones ## **Why This Role Is Different** You won’t be one of 30 reps running scripts.
