ReqRoute, Inc is a California Employment Consultation Lawyer Representing Employees Whose Rights Have Been Violated.. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This is a part-time or full-time position that allows the flexibility to work from home.

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering and updating data into our systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Accurately input and update data into databases and spreadsheets -
Verify and correct any inaccuracies or discrepancies in data -
Maintain data confidentiality and security at all times -
Organize and maintain files and records of data entries -
Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity -
Follow company policies and procedures related to data entry -
Respond to data inquiries and requests in a timely manner

Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role -
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel -
Strong attention to detail and accuracy -
Excellent organizational and time management skills -
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines -
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
