What we’re looking for

Full-stack engineer with 5+ years of experience.
Enjoys front-end work and is an expert with React, but still dangerous in backend.
Balances the perfect solution with what works well enough but can deploy today
Thrives in environments with ambiguity and experimentation

What you can expect / What you will do

Ship A- product at A+ timeline. Know how to come back and turn the A- product into an A+ product
High ownership, accountability & drive: Understand the product requirements, come up with fitting solutions, and test your own code to make sure it solves the problem
Define and own solutions to large and complex systems, from the database to the UI
Build products for the ops team & directly for our customers and users

Compensation

$150-$180k base salary (location adjusted)
