As a product marketing manager focusing on PaaS/SaaS, you will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership of messaging, events, collateral, and executing on campaigns that educate potential customers and partners about the Rendered.ai platform and the value of synthetic data while generating inbound leads. The ideal candidate will establish repeatable processes and patterns to engage and qualify prospective customers to an active sales process and track the success of multi-channel digital media and events.

The stand-out candidate will have a demonstrable track record of blog writing, producing webinars, and be excited to conduct both virtual and in-person audience engagement through social media channels such as LinkedIn. This position will work closely with sales and product leadership to contribute to the design of personas and the construction of marketing material with tailored messaging that drives quality inbound leads and supports sales.

A day in the life of a Product Marketing Manager at Rendered.ai:

The candidate might start their day, focused on editing blogs and writing and scheduling LinkedIn posts for marketing campaigns aimed at lead and demand generation awareness activities for the Rendered.ai platform. The marketing manager creates a few instances of compelling content and collateral, showcasing the product through explainer videos and graphics that align with the brand. Their strong writing and storytelling skills allow them to simplify complex information and ideas, effectively communicating the value of synthetic data, to potential customers and partners.

The candidate also dedicates time to analyzing performance data to test and refine messaging, improve landing page conversions, and optimize campaigns, constantly seeking ways to leverage their expertise to drive results. The marketing manager collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to develop materials and case studies, ensuring that projects are delivered on schedule. Attention to detail is crucial as the management of multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining accuracy and focus are critical to achieving desired outcomes.

In addition, the candidate actively supports customized marketing efforts, occasionally working on one-to-one account plans to assist with larger sales opportunities. This position contributes to the planning, execution, and follow-up of webinars and conferences aligned with campaign goals, leveraging their presentation skills and experience to engage with customers effectively.

Throughout the day, the candidate keeps a pulse on performance metrics, measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives across multiple external channels, offers, and target audiences. They even dabble in learning more about ML/AI and the customer personas we serve to keep pace with a fast-moving market. Occasional travel will be required to conferences, events, and company meetings.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with product and sales leadership to assist in the development of value propositions, personas, and sales enablement tools for the Rendered.ai platform
Must have demonstrated experience crafting blogs, social posts, and videos exercising an authoritative marketing voice on technical content such as AI, 3D, simulation, or similar
Develop and implement marketing campaigns timed with key events with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting breakdowns to help monitor and incrementally improve outcomes
Generate promotional content, including social media and technical papers, for lead and demand generation, retention and usage, and communications designed to achieve short and long-term revenue and adoption goals
Design and create content and collateral to demonstrate the product with brand-consistent and aesthetically engaging videos and graphics
Implement and continually test new creative messaging, landing pages, campaigns, and tools
Facilitate and support customized marketing efforts, including occasional one-to-one account plans to support larger sales opportunities
Drive planning, execution, and follow-up for webinars and evangelism-oriented conferences and events in line with campaigns and launch goals, typically 12 or more per year
Partner with internal and external collaborators to develop materials and collateral while managing processes, schedules, and requirements
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy, attention to detail, and focus on results
Measure and analyze performance across multiple external channels, offers, and audiences
This is an individual contributor role, but may require sourcing and managing contractors for specialties including content generation, website design, and PR

5+ years of relevant marketing experience with Bachelor's degree or higher
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute B2B marketing programs that drive results
Proven track record of successful online marketing campaigns and experiments - owning campaign performance and adjusting tactics to meet goals and budgets
Ability to create content with consistent brand and authoritative voice for social media, video, and blogs for a technical product
Demonstrated writing and storytelling skills with ability to simplify complex information and ideas
Expertise with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, etc.) and workflows
Experience presenting to live and virtual audiences about technical topics
Must have demonstrated experience creating technical content for topics such as AI, 3D, simulation, or similar
Ability and willingness to travel occasionally within constraints and regulations as dictated by national or regional health and risk guidelines

Preferred additional characteristics:

Experience with relevant customers and markets such as remote sensing, defense, simulation, computer vision, life sciences
Experience with computer vision in domains such as geospatial, security imaging, asset management, or law enforcement
Technical experience with topics such as AI, 3D, simulation, or similar
