Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for clients during their onboarding and post-onboarding phases.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and provide solutions.
Create and deliver training sessions or workshops to help clients use our services effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client feedback and improve service offerings.
Monitor client engagement metrics and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Analyze client data to prepare reports and present insights to both clients and internal stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a customer success or account management role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships.
Proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools to track client interactions and performance metrics.
Demonstrated ability to solve problems and think critically to find effective solutions.
Experience in project management and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
A passion for helping clients succeed and a proactive approach to identifying their needs.
