Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and set appointments
Effectively present and promote our solar energy products and services
Qualify leads by gathering necessary information and assessing their solar needs
Schedule and manage appointments for our sales representatives
Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and address any questions or concerns
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies
Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and relevant information

Excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
