RCS is in need additional administrative support for our growing team. We are looking for an experienced professional administrative assistant to support a busy division director. Applicants for this position should have proven experience, superb written and verbal communication skills, strong time management skills and the ability to multitask, and aptitude for learning new software and systems. Responsibilities for this position include:

Manage a calendar of appointments and working closely with the division director to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities
Participating in meetings by taking notes and managing assigned tasks and follow ups
Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the executive, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature
Communicate/follow up with customers on behalf of the director
Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
Complete expense reports, file receipts, and liaise with the corporate office to ensure appropriate categorization and reporting of business expenses
Compose and prepare correspondence that is sometimes confidential
Perform general clerical duties

Required skills for this position include:

At least three years of prior administrative experience
Excellent time management, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Detail oriented
Professional and friendly demeanor
Honest, dependable, and able to safeguard sensitive information
A true team player, who also has the ability to be resourceful and extremely effective independently
Able to adapt to change and comfortable with an often fluctuating task list each day
Advanced proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Dropbox, Adobe Acrobat, Google Apps

Perferred skills for this position include:

Knowledge of and experience working with Indigenous tribal communities in the United States is a plus
A degree in business or administrative management is a plus
