TheBusiness Solution Consultant is one of the key members of the Customer Experience team. The primary responsibility of this position is to help the Project Managers to handle the program implementation and software deployments for small to large scale customers and ensure a smooth customer onboarding in support of customer goals.

This position requires customer-facing skills, analytical skills, and deep understanding of the Rallyware platform to understand customer’s business expectations and transform them into configuration and requirements specification documents and ensure their successful fulfillment.

Responsibilities

Work with customers to clearly understand their business needs and to design programs using Rallyware offerings to accomplish their business goals and objectives.
Based on program design, define the scope of the business implementation project and develop a detailed scope of work.
Facilitate working sessions and meetings required to drive customer requirements, communicate status and/or support risk mitigation strategies.
Exhibit excellent communication and leadership skills to establish a common understanding of project timelines, milestones, and delivery expectations.
Create a training curriculum based on customer needs and product features.
Incorporate motivating, creative, and interactive training techniques to enhance the training experience, in an effort to maximize customer use and improve retention.
Work with internal resources to update/create end-user online self-directed training materials.
Acquire detailed knowledge of the Rallyware products and solutions and act as the trusted advisor to customers.
Summarize and report on project status for internal management.
Make sure that all members of the Rallyware team are engaged and focused on our customers’ ultimate objectives.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, or a related field.
3+ years in B2B SaaS / implementation / consulting / customer-facing delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working withenterprise customers (multi-stakeholder, approvals, dependencies, exec visibility).
Experience deliveringtime-sensitive go-lives (launch dates, milestones, critical path), not just onboarding/training.
Experience withconfigurable SaaS platforms (admin/config work, workflows, rules, integrations, analytics, etc.).
Direct Selling is a plus,but not required (adjacent industries acceptable).
Advanced English required; Spanish is a plus.

Proven ability to manage projects witha clear critical path, milestones, owners, and risks.
Strong atrisk management: identifies launch risks early and drives mitigation.
Comfortable leadingcross-functional delivery (Product/Engineering/Support/Configs) and keeping the customer aligned.
Can run structured customer delivery processes: kickoff, weekly steering, decision logs, action plans, go-live readiness.
Technical & Analytical Skills
Ability to understand complex systems and constraints, and translate that into realistic options for customers.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to clearly explain complex solutions to different audiences.
Comfortable creating documentation, specifications, and materials explaining software configurations or solutions.
Creates clear documentation: configurations/specs, decision logs, rollout plans, and customer-facing materials.

Customer & Communication Skills

Excellent communication with both day-to-day admins and senior stakeholders.
Skilled at expectation setting: explains trade-offs, pushes back when needed, and protects delivery timelines.
Strong in high-pressure situations: can manage escalations and keep the project moving without panic.
