Responsibilities

Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in scheduling appointments and managing patient information effectively.
Provide accurate information regarding our hospital services, procedures, and insurance verifications.
Handle customer complaints with empathy and escalate issues when necessary to ensure resolution.
Maintain a high level of knowledge about hospital policies and procedures to assist families accurately.
Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to facilitate patient care and service improvement.
Document all interactions and maintain up-to-date records of customer communications and feedback.

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Empathy and patience in dealing with patients and their families.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare services is a plus.
