We are seeking a reliable Remote Bookkeeper to support ongoing bookkeeping needs for several U.S. small and mid-sized businesses. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently, managing multiple clients, and handling day-to-day bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks.

Key Duties

Maintain accurate books for multiple client accounts

Enter and classify financial transactions

Perform bank and credit card reconciliations

Assist with monthly close and basic financial statements

Communicate with clients as needed regarding bookkeeping matters

Qualifications

At least 2 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience

Practical experience with QuickBooks and Excel

Comfortable working in a remote setup, including use of secure access tools (VPN, RDP, similar)

Ability to manage multiple workloads with minimal supervision

Solid understanding of AP, AR, and general ledger processes

Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Selection Process

As part of the selection process, candidates may be asked to complete a short practical assignment related to remote work and bookkeeping tasks.
