Compensation Range:$90,000 + 10% Bonus DOE

Position Overview

Quid clients are savvy analysts who are looking to use our tools to optimize campaigns, innovate new products, and improve customer experiences. We are looking for someone who can help lead those clients for our open Strategist position. This person should have a zest for data as well as a desire to help clients uncover insight across products that delivers business impact for leading brands and agencies. The Strategist will be a partner and consultant for our customers in a variety of ways - most notably, by aligning our datasets and tactics to larger business and marketing objectives. Furthermore, this role encompasses the full client lifecycle from technical training to project delivery to strategic implementation.

Role Objectives

Quickly become an expert in Quid products and acquire deep knowledge on how to deploy repeatable and scalable analytical frameworks
Own a portfolio of strategic and enterprise accounts, with responsibilities for driving adoption and expansion of Quid products with focus on unlocking full value with client organizations
Coordinate with Account Management on growth and upsell plans that align with and are timed appropriately with client needs
Act as trusted advisor to clients, fill the role of subject matter expert and extension of client teams, and act as an advocate for client needs/issues our product and engineering teams can solve
Partner with cross-functional teams to deploy customer intelligence programs, deliver digital transformation projects, and help inform and innovate Quid capabilities
Comfortable presenting to and advising senior-level executives with the ability to motivate and drive tactical strategy at the analyst level
Creatively implement or develop new use cases and methodologies for clients to leverage Quid to solve strategic questions

Requirements

3-5 years of full-time experience in a research, strategic consulting, B2B SaaS organization, or agency with a focus on social listening, marketing analytics, or digital analytics
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Economics, Sociology, Computer Science, or a related field
Expertise using customer intelligence/analytics platforms such as Quid, Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Cision, or Meltwater)
Passionate about the intersections of consumer research and digital and social technologies, with consultative story telling abilities with often disparate and unstructured data sources
Flexibility and desire to work across a diverse set of customers, industries, and business challenges in a start-up environment
