We are seeking an experienced Business Associate with a proven track record in B2B sales and a strong network within the business ecosystem. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional who thrives in client-facing environments and is adept at cultivating relationships through in-person interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and close new B2B opportunities across mid-sized and enterprise-level companies in target industries.
Leverage your network and industry knowledge to connect with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Conduct in-person meetings, attend industry events, and represent the company at relevant forums to generate leads and strengthen relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and post-sale satisfaction.
Consistently meet or exceed revenue goals while maintaining high professional standards.
Track industry trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor activity to adapt your sales strategy effectively.

Key Requirements:

B2B sales experience, with a proven track record in direct client acquisition, deal closure, and retention.
Strong professional network within relevant industries (e.g., IT hardware, networking) or with partner companies.
Solid understanding of the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closing and follow-ups.
Prior experience in contract-based or performance-driven roles is strongly preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Self-starter with a hunter mindset and the discipline to work independently while meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a distributed and remote team.
Proficiency in CRM systems and standard business productivity tools.
