Responsibilities

Assist the Manager in daily operations and strategic planning.
Coordinate events, workshops, and member meetings to enhance engagement.
Handle inquiries from members and provide timely resolutions to issues.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for association activities.
Support marketing initiatives and ensure promotional materials are up to date.
Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting.
Collaborate with various departments to streamline communication and processes.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in a managerial support role or similar position.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
