Go-To-Market (GTM) Lead

We are looking to hire a Go-To-Market (GTM) Lead to own the content roadmap, the marketing strategy and the sales enablement that sits behind them. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, the role keeps the roadmap coherent with our commercial release playbooks, turns slots and PrizeFlex performance into growth opportunities, defines the Push Gaming brand and the messages about our product, and builds the documentation that helps the Commercial team sell. It is the conduit into product development, consolidating data and market intel into future commercial and product recommendations.

Location:Hybrid in Ta' Xbiex, Malta.

What you’ll be doing:

Manage the content roadmap. Own the content roadmap and keep it coherent with our commercial release playbooks to optimise revenue.
Monitor and report on performance. Track slots and PrizeFlex performance, and turn it into clear growth opportunities, clearly communicated to the wider commercial function.
Be the conduit to product development.Consolidate data and market intel into future commercial and product recommendations, bringing Product, Tech, and Leadership along - educating them on the content opportunity, setting out a clear plan, aligning on the approach, and holding them to it.
Commission and publish sales documentation.Produce sales documentation with clear narratives that maximise sales conversion.
Own the marketing strategy. Define the Push Gaming brand and the key messages about our product, and act as guardian of the brand, voice and guidelines so everything we put out stays on brand.
Coordinate marketing delivery.Drive delivery across external communication and PR, social media, operator marketing assets, launch campaigns, events and merchandise - managing the marketing budget and any agencies or freelancers.
Build and develop the team.Develop the Go-To-Market Executive and grow the function as part of the 'Best Team Ever'.
Embed a data-led culture.Hold the team to consultative, data-backed selling and disciplined CRM and reporting.
Forecast and report to the exec.Own forecasting and performance reporting for the function to the CCO and wider leadership.

What you’ll bring to the role (and beyond this, we look for the right personality and potential):

Commercial, go-to-market or product-marketing experience in iGaming.
A track record of managing a content or product roadmap alongside commercial release plans.
Strong analytical skills - comfortable turning performance data into growth opportunities.
Excellent at building clear commercial narratives and sales documentation.
Confident working across functions to build business cases and influence a roadmap.
Robust product knowledge across casino content and gamification tools.
Degree educated is beneficial.
