We’re looking for a hands-on Growth & Operations Specialist (Rockstar A-Player) who thrives in a lean, fast-paced environment andvalues outcomes over meetings. As part of lean core team at Purplerain, you’ll juggle multiple responsibilities—managing our CRM, coordinating with teams, maintaining data, and creating content for our knowledge base, blog, and social media for an early stage product. This role providesdirect exposure to product building, marketing, growth, and customer engagement in a B2B startup. We don’t care about educational backgrounds; we’re all aboutdoers who can deliver. Note: This is an associate role which accepts application from candidates with 1 year +experience up to a maximum of 6 years work experience.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Management

Update and maintain CRM records to ensure accurate data and actionable insights.
Refine workflows for better efficiency.

Cross-Team Coordination

Collaborate with support, CSM, and sales teams to address queries and streamline tasks.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders without the fluff—we believe in fewer meetings and better outcomes.

Data Management

Keep data sheets and reports updated.
Compile insights to inform decision-making.

Content Creation

Write and update articles for our knowledge base, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Generate engaging content for our blog and social media channels.

Product & Growth Exposure

Work closely with the leadership team in a B2B AI startup environment.
Gain hands-on experience in product building, marketing strategies, and customer engagement.

Work & Compensation

Salary: INR 25,000 - 35,000 per month (based on experience)
Work Hours: 7 hours/day, Monday to Friday (5-day work week)
Location: Fully Remote (Bangalore-based startup; open to candidates across India)
