Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and versatile Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of hands-on tasks across properties in Connecticut. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while maintaining the high standards of PurchRock.

Responsibilities

Photography: Capture high-quality interior and exterior photos of properties as needed for marketing and property assessments.
Security & Access Management: Replace deadbolts, install lockboxes, and ensure properties are secure for showings.
Minor Maintenance & Repairs:Handle basic repairs and maintenance tasks, including yard work, plumbing, and electrical work that do not require a licensed professional.
Property Inspections:Inspect heating and cooling systems, plumbing, water fixtures, windows, and other key areas for condition and functionality.
Navigation: Plan routes for best mileage/time results.
Networking: Collaborate with licensed professionals (e.g., electricians, plumbers) and provide them access to properties as needed.
General Support: Assist with various property-related tasks as required, ensuring properties are in optimal condition.

Experience Level:Proven experience in handyman work with a diverse skill set in general maintenance and repairs (Jack of all trades).
Skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues and perform basic repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to interact with team members and licensed professionals.
Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and adapting to a changing work environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Base Salary + Bonuses (Based on experience)
