Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support (50%)

Assist inprocessing inquiries, including initial research and client follow-ups.
Conductmarket research on prospective clients and industry trends.
Collaborate with the European sales team toqualify leads and identify opportunities.

Marketing Support (50%)

Support the creation ofmarketing materials tailored for the Italian market.
Conductmarket research to understand client needs and competitive dynamics in Italy.
Assist in organizing and preparing fortrade shows and industry events across Europe.
Manage and contribute tolocal digital campaigns (social media, newsletters, etc.).

Development into Sales Role:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering (or related field).
Language: Native Italian speaker with proficiency in English. Working knowledge of additional European languages is advantageous.
Skills:

Learning Mindset: Willing to learn about quality management, supply chains, and manufacturing across industries.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
