Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the medical billing sector to achieve company growth objectives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers to understand their billing needs.
Present and demonstrate Promdix’s medical billing services and solutions to prospective clients effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor billing solutions that meet the specific requirements of clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals that are beneficial to both clients and the company.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new areas for business expansion.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market developments to senior management.
Attend industry conferences and networking events to enhance Promdix's market presence and build professional networks.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
Proven experience in business development within the medical billing or healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of medical billing processes, coding, and healthcare regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans to capitalize on opportunities.
Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.

This is a 100% commission-based remote role, designed for individuals who want full control over their income and career growth.
Earn $700 on your first sale and $1,000+ on every subsequent deal, depending on client size.
Receive 5% to 8% recurring monthly revenue from every client you close for the full duration of the contract.
Performance Bonus: Close 5 or more clients in a month and earn an additional 2% increase on your commission rate Scalable Earning.
Example: If you close a client generating $100,000 in monthly collections at a 10% service rate, that’s $10,000/month revenue your percentage applies to this and can grow as client collections increase over time
