Marketing, Growth & Operations Assistant (Part-Time)

Location: Remote (Jacksonville area of Florida preferred, but not required)
Schedule: 20–25 hours per week (flexible)
Compensation: $20-25/hour

We're a growing talent acquisition consulting firm looking for a proactive, organized, and creative individual to support our marketing, sales, operations, and client success efforts. You'll work directly with the founder in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where no two days are the same.

Responsibilities

Marketing & Social Media

Schedule and publish content across social media platforms
Edit short-form videos and create graphics in Canva
Write captions and repurpose content
Maintain a content calendar and monitor engagement

Sales & Business Development

Research prospective clients and decision-makers
Build prospect lists and support outreach campaigns
Schedule meetings and maintain records
Assist with proposals and sales materials

Executive & Client Support

Support the founder with daily operations and project coordination
Manage calendars, meetings, and follow-up items
Prepare presentations and client documents
Track deadlines, action items, and deliverables
Help deliver an exceptional client experience on a growing account

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is:

Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Proactive with excellent communication skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities
Experienced with Canva, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and social media platforms
Familiar using AI tools like ChatGPT (preferred)
Previous experience in executive support, marketing, sales, recruiting, or project coordination is a plus
