Responsibility

Coordinate operations withPony.ai’s US team and local partners regarding operations, scheduling, and resource planning
Coordinate Operational Design Domain (ODD) expansion and testing permit related aspects
Provide administrative support for office, garage, IT, and other aspects of our Luxembourg projects
Support engineers and vehicle operators onsite
Coordinate technology demonstrations and visits

2 or more years of project management experience
Exceptional organizational skills
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
Experience in the automotive industry or a similar industry
Fluent in English and French
Local resident or living close to Luxembourg (< 1 hour driving)
Flexible working hours to coordinate with USA and China
