# **Founding AI Engineer - Plotdrive** ## _For the Author Who Codes (or the Engineer Who Writes)_ You've written a book. Maybe several. You've also built AI systems that ship. You understand both the magic of storytelling and the elegance of well-architected code. We're looking for this rare intersection because we're building something unprecedented: the first true Author OS.\ \ We believe we're at storytelling's next evolutionary leap. Like you, we've experienced both the transcendent possibilities and frustrating limitations of current AI writing tools. We're not building another LLM wrapper – we're creating an intelligent engine that understands narrative at its deepest level. ### **Plot Twist: You're Both Author & Architect** * Published at least one book (AI-assisted writing experience is a plus) * Shipped production AI systems that scale * Strong opinions about both story architecture and system architecture * A vision for how AI amplifies rather than replaces human creativity ### **Hero's Journey: Technical Edition** * Build systems that grasp story structure as well as you do * Create real-time generation of contextually perfect creative assets * Scale a story graph that grows more powerful with each narrative * Make the technology invisible while making the magic accessible ### **Why Our Story Matters** The next decade will determine whether AI amplifies or diminishes human creativity.
