Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
Manage incoming customer requests and schedule consultations with our roofing specialists
Provide accurate information about our roofing services, including installation, repair, and maintenance solutions
Assist customers in understanding the roofing process and help them make informed decisions
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer experiences

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or related field is a plus
Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in the construction industry
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to listen and empathize
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with poise
Basic knowledge of roofing terminology and services is preferable
Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
