We are seeking a Business Intelligence Specialist,who will be supporting our team, transforming data analysis into actionable insights and leveraging his/her analytical prowess to drive data-driven decision-making and support strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Develops and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting tools
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and patterns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs
Uses effectively Microsoft Power BI tool, along with new features that will boost productivity among all stakeholders
Provide insights to optimize business performance and forecasting capabilities
Analyzes data of the PharmaPlus loyalty scheme
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting tools

University degree preferably in statistics, computer science, economics, business administration or Marketing
Proven experience in business intelligence or data analytics
Proficiency in BI tools( e.g PBI, SQL )
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical & problem solving skills
