About the role

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a highly motivated Call Lead to join our team at a rapidly expanding pet retail store. As a Call Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by generating and qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, providing key information to hot leads, managing customer support, and ensuring effective follow-up. If you have a passion for pets, excellent communication skills, and a talent for nurturing leads, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Schedule appointments for hot leads to visit our pet retail store, ensuring optimal customer experience and personalized attention.
Act as the initial point of contact for hot leads, providing key information, addressing questions, and offering recommendations before their store visit.
Assist in managing customer support by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Conduct follow-up activities with leads, such as phone calls, emails, or personalized messages, to nurture relationships and drive conversions.

Previous experience in lead generation, B2C sales, or an online sales role is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence potential customers effectively.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with empathy and professionalism.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven, with a desire to contribute to the growth and success of the pet retail store.

Hourly rate of $18/hr plus commission
